Deputy Chief of Committee on Geology and Use of Subsoil in addenda to the Official Letter No.VO-61/2296 of 1992 establishes that in the process of registration of licenses for the use of subsoil of the continental shelf the license must contain specific letter and other two letters that define the name of the sea where the plot of land in question is situated.
