Abstract
The present basic standard environmental fees include: 1) standard fee for emission in the atmosphere of pollutants from stationary and non-stationary sources (fees for emissions from non-stationary sources is calculated in accordance with the standards established by the present Regulation depending on the type of fuel, transport means, run and are listed in the Instructive and methodological directions validated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources); 2) standard fee for discharge of pollutants into surface water and groundwater; 3) standard fees for waste disposal. The Ministry of Ecology has introduced from 1 January 1999 on the territory of the Russian Federation index coefficient applicable to environmental fees to the extent of 62. This Order contains the complete list of basic standard environmental fees for all types of pollutants.
