Abstract
This Order compels local branches, territorial organs, local basin institutions and regional geological survey centres and territorial geological committees to implement the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 383. This Order validates the forms of the licences for water uses (surface water), and the form of fiduciary licence. The Order contains 2 Annexes with the full texts of the both types of licences. The Ministry of Natural Resources is held responsible for the assertion of the state control of the requirements and conditions established by the water use licences and waterworks' use licences.
