Abstract
The Minister of Transports establishes that, for the purpose of ensuring safety of marine vessels bound for the Russian seaports of the Azov sea, piloting of vessels through the Azov sea from the Kerch strait to the seaports of the Russian Federation in the Azov sea is compulsory.
