Abstract
This Order regulates fisheries for the purpose of fish farming, stock enhancement and acclimatization in the inland waters, including internal sea, territorial sea, on continental shelf, in the EEZ of the Russian Federation, in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian Sea. The aforesaid fisheries shall be carried out by the natural and legal persons within the established quotas allocated by the Federal Fisheries Agency and in accordance with the fishing permits issued by the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service. The fisheries for fish farming purpose shall be carried out with a view of aquaculture. The fisheries for stock enhancement purpose shall be carried out with a view of artificial repopulation, release of fry of precious fish species, catch of predatory and not valuable fish species for the prevention of the destruction of the precious fry.
