Order No. 22 of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 407 validating coefficients of consumption rates of extracted (caught) aquatic biological resources per unit of production from certain types fish products therefrom, applied for the purpose of implementing Article 333 (4-1) of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

The Minister orders to validate coefficients of consumption rates of extracted (caught) aquatic biological resources per unit of production from certain types fish products therefrom, applied for the purpose of implementing Article 333 (4-1) of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. In particular, this Order shall be applicable to the following fish products: (a) sea fish fillet, fresh or chilled; (b) minced fish, fresh or chilled; and (c) flour and coarse flour and granules from fish, crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates, not suitable for human consumption.
