Abstract
The President of the Committee orders to validate the Regulation. The document consists of 6 Parts, i.e. Part 1 lays down the general provisions. Part 2 regards the requirements for the documentation for the state ecological expertise and the modalities of its preliminary examination. Part 3 deals with the modalities of organization and carrying out of the state ecological expertise. Part 4 regulates the proceedings of the expert commission. Part 5 concerns the requirements for the official registration of the resolution of the commission on the state ecological expertise. Part 6 deals with the modalities of organization and carrying out of the recurring state ecological expertise.
