Order No. 29 of 1993 of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey regarding observance of rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the process of concession to them of the plots of land on conditions of ownership and their subsequent purchase and sale.

The President of the Committee orders : 1). To carry out legalisation of the documents certifying the right of ownership of the plots of land belonging to physical persons, including members of gardening associations, in strict accordance with the legislation currently in force. 2). To prohibit to the territorial (local) branches of the Committee to request from citizens documentation not pertaining to the procedure of legalisation of their right to previously allotted plots of land. Only legal documentation certifying their right to the previously allotted plots of land and, in case of purchase and sale of the plots of land, documents envisaged by the Ministerial Decree No. 503 of 30.05.1993 can be requested. 3).Heads of the territorial branches of the Committee must carry out permanent control over the observance of the established modalities of legalisation of the right of ownership to the previously allotted plots of land and as regards transactions with such plots of land.
