Order No. 312 of the Ministry of Natural Resources regarding the redesignation of the territorial organs of the management of natural resources in the Republic of Adygeya.

The purpose of this Order is to improve the structure of management and conservation of public water and underground resources pertaining to the property of the state. This Order decrees to redesignate the Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Adygeya and Water and Waterworks Committee of the Republic of Adygeya by their mergence in the Committee of Natural Resources of the Republic of Adygeya with the status of the unitary territorial branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources. This Committee is entitled to exercise authority of the state department over the management of underground resources and public water.
