Order No. 313 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Rules for Good Distribution Practice of Medicines for Veterinary Use.

Personnel involved in the wholesale trade of medicinal preparations, products for veterinary use (drugs), must undergo training for rules of distribution practice before starting to fulfill their official job responsibilities. Manufacturer of veterinary drugs and wholesale trade organization of medicinal products for veterinary use must keep documentation related to distribution practice. Manufacturer of veterinary drugs and wholesale trade organization of medicinal products for veterinary use destined for shipment are authorized if their packaging is intact and conforms to labelling requirements. Information on the supply of drugs must be documented by manufacturer of veterinary drugs, wholesale trade organization of veterinary drugs and individual entrepreneurs. Manufacturer of veterinary drugs and wholesale trade organization of veterinary drugs should not authorize the sale of falsified, counterfeit and substandard veterinary drugs.
