Order No. 314 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the methodology of calculation of water resources balance of waterbodies.

This Order establishes the totality of methods and calculation proceedings for river basins, sub-basins and water areas with a view of qualitative assessment and degree of development of available water resources. Water resources balance shall be integral part of Complex water management schemes of waterbodies. This methodology regulates surface water flow and groundwater flow, water consumption and fulfilment of water management arrangements.
