Order No. 349 of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 407 on establishing the minimum daily volume of extraction (catch) of roach in industrial fishing, as well as restrictions on industrial and recreational fishing of Caspian roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) and European roach (Rutilus) in waterbodies of fishery importance in the Astrakhan region in 2023.

This Minister orders to establish, until December 31, 2023, the minimum volume of extraction (catch) of Caspian roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) when carrying out industrial fishing in waterbodies of fishery importance in the Astrakhan region per vessel in a volume of at least 200 kg per day; to prohibit until December 31, 2023 the performance of industrial fishing for Caspian roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) in waterbodies of fishery importance in the Astrakhan region; to prohibit until December 31, 2023, recreational fishing for Caspian roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) in waterbodies of fishery importance in the Astrakhan region; to establish, by December 31, 2023, a daily rate of extraction (catch) of Caspian roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) for each citizen during recreational fishing in the amount of 30 species and European roach (Rutilus) in the amount of 30 species in waterbodies of fishery importance in the Astrakhan region; and to prohibit until December 31, 2023 the performance of industrial fishing for European roach (Rutilus) in all waterbodies of fishery importance in some specific districts of the Astrakhan region.
