Order No. 402 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating Fisheries Regulation for the West-Siberian fishing basin.

This Order establishes fishing rules for the West-Siberian fishing basin, regulating fisheries by the Russian legal persons, individual entrepreneurs and natural persons, including indigenous small ethnic communities of the North, Siberia and Far East of the Russian Federation, in the internal sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation, and foreign fishing regulated by the international agreements. This Fishing regulation establishes authorized types of fisheries, rates of fish products, fishing restrictions and prohibition, authorized fishing gear and fishing methods, periods of fisheries and requirements for conservation of fishing resources.
