Order No. 407 of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 407 on establishing restrictions on industrial fishing for red mullet in the Azov-Black Sea fisheries basin in 2023.

The Minister orders to establish until December 31, 2023 a ban on industrial fishing for red mullet in the Black Sea in the area of Cape Bolshoy Utrish in the water area limited by straight lines connecting points with coordinates 44°45'58" N - 37°22'36" E ., 44°45.57" N – 37°21'46" E, 44°45.33 N – 37°21'48" E, 44°45'33" N – 37°22'36" E.; to introduce restrictions until December 31, 2023 when carrying out industrial fishing for red mullet in the Black Sea in the area of Cape Bolshoy Utrish in the water area limited by straight lines connecting points with coordinates 44°45'33" with .sh. – 37°22'36"E, 44°45'58"N. – 37°22'36"E, 44°45'58"N. – 37°23'06" E, and further along the coastline to the starting point for the installation of any stationary equipment for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources, with the exception of fixed nets, single or connected fixed seines with a length of no more than 900 m with a distance between them of at least 600 m from any net part of a fixed seine and single or connected in an order bottom fixed seines with a length of no more than 300 m with a distance between them of at least 100 m from any net part of a bottom fixed seine. In the specified water area, the installation of any stationary gear for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources in gaps between orders and (or) single installed fixed seines at a distance of less than 300 m, and in gaps between orders and (or) single installed bottom fixed seines - at a distance of less than 50 m from any point net part of the bottom fixed seine.
