Order No. 442 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for concluding agreements on the use of the fishing area in accordance with Articles 61, 63 - 65 of the Federal Law of December 20, 2004 № 166-FZ "On fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources".

This Order establishes the procedure for concluding an agreement on the use of a fishing area for the implementation of an industrial fishing in respect of anadromous fish species whose catch is regulated by Article 29.1 of Federal Law No. 166-FZ of 20 December 2004 "On Fishing and Preservation of Aquatic Biological Resources". (hereinafter referred to as the "Fisheries Law"), agreements on the use of the fishing area for fishing in order to ensure the traditional way of life and traditional economic activities of indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation, agreements on the use of the fishing area for industrial fishing in the inland waters of the Russian Federation, except for inland sea waters of the Russian Federation, agreements on the use of the fishing area for industrial fishing in the inland waters of the Russian Federation and agreements for the use of fishing area for organization of artisanal and sport fishing. The agreement on the use of a fishing area for industrial fishing of anadromous fish species, the catch of which is regulated by Article 29.1 of the Fisheries Law, is concluded with a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, who is granted the right to fishing (catch) such fish species on the basis of the agreement on the allotment of a fishing area for industrial and (or) coastal fishing in inland sea waters of the Russian Federation or in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, and the agreement on the provision of a fishing area for industrial and (or) coastal fishing in inland sea waters of the Russian Federation without tender for the remaining time period related to previously concluded agreement on allotment of fishing area.
