Order No. 465 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Procedure for recording water, the supply and (or) drainage of which was carried out using state drainage systems and (or) separately located hydraulic structures classified as state property.

This Procedure for accounting for water, the supply and (or) drainage of which were carried out using state melioration systems and (or) separately located hydraulic structures attributed to state property, determines the rules for accounting for water on the basis of a contract for the provision of services for the supply and (or) drainage of water. The following is subject to accounting for water: (a) the volume of water supplied to the recipient of services for a period (term) determined by the parties and established in the contract; and (b) the volume of water received from the recipient of services for a period (term) determined by the parties and established in the contract. Water metering is carried out on the basis of water meters, and in the absence of such meters or in the event of a technical malfunction, on the basis of the results obtained using the calculation methods for metering the amount of water that are defined in the contract.
