Abstract
The Regulation establishes the common proceedings for state registration of national and foreign animal drugs and fodder additives except for fodder additives produced from GMOs. State registration is applicable to: 1) new drugs; 2) new additives; 3) new combinations of previously registered medicines; 4) new combinations of previously registered additives; 5) previously registered medicines that are produced in new forms or in new dosage or in other composition; 6) previously registered additives that are produced in new forms or in new dosage or in other composition; 7) reproduced medicines; 8) reproduced additives. State registration of drugs and fodder additives shall be carried out by the State Agricultural Supervision.
