Abstract
This Order validates the form of notice issued by state executive body or local self-government requiring cessation of use of a waterbody. The notice shall be sent to water user managing waterbody in accordance with water use contract in case of unpurposeful use of waterbody or management of waterbody in violation of the legislation.
