This Order validates recommended Nutritional Standards for the provision of social services in inpatient form expressed in the amount of grams of food per person per day. Nutritional Standards include bakery products, cereals, vegetables, legumes, fruits, meat, poultry, milk and dairy products, vegetable oil, sugar, tea and coffee.
