Order No. 59 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the Regulation on the Methodology for calculating the amount of damage caused to atmospheric air as a component of the natural environment.

This Regulation establishes the Methodology for calculating the amount of damage caused to atmospheric air as a component of the natural environment as a result of the implementation by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, carrying out activities at the facilities that have a negative impact on the environment of I, II, III categories, emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air from stationary sources, exceeding: (a) for facilities of category I - technological standards, standards of allowable emissions of highly toxic substances, substances with carcinogenic, mutagenic properties (substances of the I, II classes of hazard), established by the integrated environmental permit; (b) for objects of the II category, for which, for which the relevant sectoral information-technical references of the best available technologies may be issued complex environmental permit, - technological standards, standards for permissible emissions of highly toxic of highly toxic substances, substances having carcinogenic, mutagenic properties (substances of I, II hazard class) established by the integrated environmental permit; (c) for facilities of category II not specified in the item of this paragraph, - rates of permissible emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air, specified in the declaration on the environmental impact; and (d) for facilities of category III, the standards of permissible emissions of highly toxic substances, substances with carcinogenic, mutagenic properties (substances of I, II hazard class), exceeding the norms of permissible emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air, specified in the report on organization and results of the production environmental control report on emissions.
