Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology validating the Regulation on hunting inspection.

This Order established the procedure for carrying out hunting inspection by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that have concluded hunting management agreement. Hunting inspection shall be carried out with a view of ensuring compliance with the requirements related to hunting and conservation of hunting resources, prevention and suppression of offences and damages to wild fauna species and natural habitats thereof. The scope of hunting inspection shall be supervision over compliance with hunting requirements in the process of hunting management and hunting within the boundaries of the allotted hunting grounds. Hunting inspection shall be carried out by the authorized hunting inspector in possession of hunting authorization and firearms carrying permit.
