This Order establishes the Procedure for assigning numbers to a forestry (district forestry), forest quarter, forest taxation unit, forest plot, cutting area, information about which is included in the state forest register. Registration numbers for forest districts (district forestry), forest quarter, forest taxation units, forest plots, cutting areas, information about which is entered into the state forest register, are assigned by the federal executive body authorized to maintain the state forest register. Accounting numbers for forest districts (district forestry), forest quarters, forest taxation units, forest plots, cutting areas are assigned in the federal state information system of the forestry complex when information about forest districts (district forestry), forest quarters, forest taxation units, forest plots, cutting areas is entered into the state forest register in the manner prescribed by the Rules for maintaining the state forest register. An accounting number is assigned to a forestry area depending on its full or partial location on the territory of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. If the forestry is located on the territory of several constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the registration number of the forestry consists of the numbers “00”, a separator in the form of a colon and the serial number of the forestry located on the territory of several constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The registration number for a district forestry is assigned to the forestry within the boundaries of which such a district forestry is located. An accounting number for a forest quarter is assigned to the district forestry within which boundaries such a forest quarter is located. An accounting number is assigned to a forest taxation unit in the forest quarter within the boundaries of which such a forest taxation unit is located. The registration number for a forest plot is assigned to the forestry within which boundaries such a forest plot is located. The registration number for a cutting area is assigned to the forest plot within the boundaries of which such a cutting area is located.
