Order No. 646 of the Federal Fishery Agency validating the distribution of total allowable catches of aquatic biological resources of the Volga-Caspian fisheries basin in relation to the species of catch quotas for 2020.

Deputy Director of the Federal Fishery Agency establishes the distribution of total allowable catches of aquatic biological resources of the Volga-Caspian fisheries basin in relation to the species of catch quotas for 2020 as follows: (a) fishing quotas for aquatic biological resources for scientific research and control purposes according to Annex 1 to this Order; (b) fishing quotas for aquatic biological resources for aquaculture (fishfarming) purposes according to Annex 2 to this Order; (c) fishing quotas for aquatic biological resources for educational and cultural purposes according to Annex 3 to this Order; (d) fishing quotas for aquatic biological resources for educational and cultural purposes according to Annex 3 to this Order; and (d) fishing quotas for aquatic biological resources for internal fisheries of the Russian Federation, fisheries in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, in the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation, in the Caspian Sea for industrial fishing and (or) coastal fishing in accordance with Annex 4 to this Order.
