Order No. 74 of the Federal Forest Service regarding validation of the list of collateral use of forest resources within public forest.

The President of the Federal Forest Service orders to validate the list of collateral use of forest resources within public forest. The list contains the following items: 1) procurement and picking up fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, medicinal and technical raw materials in the forest fruit-tree plantations, plantation of forest plants and cultivated forest plants except for permanent plantations of forest planting material based on selection and genetic principles; 2) utilization of the plots of forest areas for growing of agricultural crops; 3) procurement (digging out) of trees, bushes and lianas on the plots of forest areas pertaining to the stock of forest of the Russian Federation; 4) pasturage of domesticated animals (reindeers, etc.) within forest areas pertaining to the stock of forest of the Russian Federation; 5) utilization of forest areas for keeping and breeding of wildlife species on semi-free conditions; 6) utilization of the plots of forest areas for forest storage premises, temporary edifices for carrying out forest management, bag of wildlife species and trophies and other purposes.
