Order No. 804 validating the Procedure for acceptance into operation of reclamation systems and separately located waterworks.

The Procedure establishes that acceptance into operation of reclamation systems and separately located waterworks with the exception of agroforestry plantings are carried out in accordance with legislation on urban planning activities and legislation on the safety of waterworks. Acceptance into operation of agroforestry plantations is carried out by federal state budgetary institutions for land reclamation and agricultural water supply, administered by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Acceptance of agroforestry plantations into operation is formalized by a joint act of the authorized organization and the owner of the land plot on which the agroforestry plantings are located. For the purpose of acceptance into operation of agroforestry plantings based on the results of the reclamation measures to create such agroforestry plantings the applicant submits to the authorized organization the following documents: (a) cover letter about acceptance into operation agroforestry plantations, compiled in any form; (b) a copy of the approved land reclamation project; (c) diagram of plantings; and (d) two actual copies of certificate of acceptance into operation of agroforestry plantations signed by the applicant. Annex 1 contains the form of certificate of acceptance into operation of agroforestry plantations.
