Order No. 84 of the Ministry of Agriculture on issuing import quarantine authorizations.

This Order regulates the examination of applications for, and the issuance or denial of, import quarantine authorizations for import of materials subject to quarantine inspection into the Russian Federation. The issuing authority shall be the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service. The decision on the issuance or denial of import quarantine authorizations shall be made within 30 days from the date of application. The period of validity of import quarantine authorizations shall be 12 months. The Order contains the application form for the issuance of import quarantine authorizations.
