Order No. 92 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food regarding improvement of the structure of management of land reclamation in the Russian Federation.

The Minister of Agriculture and Food orders to validate the definitive scheme of state management in the field of land reclamation (in accordance with the Annex 1) and the list of the territorial institutions in the field of land reclamation attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food set up by agreement with the territorial administration (in accordance with the Annex 2). The Minister orders to establish that territorial institutions in the field of land reclamation carry out functions of the authorized state institutions on the territory of the respective regions of the Russian Federation and are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Land Reclamation and Agricultural Water Supply Services attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Department of Land Reclamation and Agricultural Water Supply services and the Board of State Enterprises and Organizations belonging to Federal Property are authorized to introduce addenda and amendments to the List of Territorial Institutions (in accordance with the Annex 2) as soon as they are set up or liquidated in accordance with the modalities established by the Territorial Legislation.
