Order No.176 of 2003 of the Federal Fisheries Committee introducing amendments to the Order No.30 of 2001 of the Federal Fisheries Committee regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of registration of fishing vessels and the rights to them at fishing seaports.

President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of conformation of the normative legal acts of the Federal Fisheries Committee to the acting legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of the International convention for the safety of life at sea (SOLAS 74), orders to validate the form of minimum safe manning document. Masters of fishing seaports are authorized to issue Certificates of minimum safe manning document in accordance with the form validated by the present document.
