Abstract
Chief Sanitary Inspector, for the purpose of the protection of public health, orders that breweries must carry out the production output in accordance with sanitary and hygienic requirements currently in force regarding alcohol contents. Organizations that carry out the production and circulation of beer are recommended to elaborate and concord with sanitary inspections the plans for modernization of the production lines, improvement of the production process for the output of high quality products, the conditions of storage , transportation and trade. Regional sanitary inspectors must ensure the strict observance by the organizations that carry out import, production, storage, transportation and trade of beer of the requirements of the normative and technical documentation, and the provisions of the present Ordinance.
