Abstract
Chief Sanitary Inspector, for the purpose of the protection of public health, orders that beginning from 1 September 2000 Federal Centre of Sanitary Inspection attached to the Ministry of Public Health is entitled to concord technical documentation for the production of alcohol products containing food additives (medicinal herbs, plants). Enterprises and organizations carrying out the production of alcohol products must concord technical documentation in accordance with the modalities determined by the present Ordinance. The list of technical documentation must contain the program of the production control over quality and safety of alcohol products, food additives and raw materials used for the production of alcohol products. Enterprises and organizations carrying out the production of alcohol products must provide the consumer with the following information : "The consumption of alcohol is counter-indicated for children and teenagers, pregnant women and nursing mothers, and for the persons suffering from nervous diseases, kidney and liver diseases and digestive disorder."
