Presidential Decree No. 815 “On measures to combat corruption.”

The President, with a view of creating the system to combat corruption in the Russian Federation, to establish the Council for Countering Corruption under the President of the Russian Federation. The Chairman of the Council shall be the President of the Russian Federation. The main tasks of the Council shall be as follows: (a) preparation of proposals to the President of the Russian Federation concerning the development and implementation of state policy in the field of combating corruption; (b) coordinating the activities of the federal executive authorities, the executive authorities of the constituent entities (regions) of the Russian Federation and local municipal authorities related to the implementation of government policy on combating corruption; and (c) control over the implementation of measures provided for by the National Anti-Corruption Plan to combat corruption.
