Presidential Order No. 298-rp regarding the modalities of control over export from the Russian Federation of pests (pathogenic agents) of human beings, animals and plants, their genetically modified forms, fragments of genetic materials and equipment that can be used for the creation of bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons.

The President decrees to validate the List of pests (pathogenic agents) of human beings, animals and plants, their genetically modified forms, fragments of genetic materials and equipment that can be used for the creation of bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons subject to export control and licensing. The Government is authorized to validate the Regulation on the modalities of control over export from the Russian Federation of pests (pathogenic agents) of human beings, animals and plants, their genetically modified forms, fragments of genetic materials and equipment that can be used for the creation of bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons. The List consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lists pathogens injurious to human beings and animals. Section 2 lists pathogens injurious to animals. Section 3 lists pathogens injurious to plants. Section 4 lists equipment.
