Abstract
Electronic certification systems are created to ensure the possibility of verification by the customs authority of the country of import of the fact of issuance of a certificate of origin of goods of the form “ST-1”, information about which declared during customs declaration, and that it is filled out correctly without the need to present this certificate in original on paper. The use of an electronic certification system will speed up ongoing verification procedures (checks) of certificates of origin of goods in accordance with the form “ST-1” issued by the authorized bodies of the country of export. The central authorized body (organization) places in the electronic certification system created and regulated thereby information on certificates issued in the state of its Party on the origin of goods in accordance with the form “ST-1”. The main principles of the creation and application of an electronic certification system are: (a) centralization of the collection of information on certificates of origin of goods in accordance with the form “ST-1” issued by authorized bodies (organizations); (b) the relevance and reliability of the information contained in the electronic certification system about issued certificates of origin of goods in accordance with the “ST-1” form; (c) excluding the possibility of unauthorized distortion or destruction of information contained in the electronic certification system; and (d) ensuring storage of electronic forms of certificates of origin of goods in accordance with the form “ST-1” in the electronic certification system for at least 3 years from the date of their issue. The central authorized body (organization) of the country of export of goods sends the information contained in the electronic form of the certificate of origin of goods, in accordance with the form “ST-1”, within the framework of the electronic certification system to the customs service of the country of import of goods.

Entry into force notes
This Protocol enters into force from the date receipt of the latest written notification of execution of domestic procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
This Protocol is concluded for an unlimited period. Each Party may terminate the Protocol at any time sending written notice to the other Party. In this case, this Protocol shall terminate after 3 months from the date of receipt of the notification from the other Party.
