Abstract
Head of Veterinary Department specifies that each fish-farming establishment free of infectious fish disease must elaborate annual plan of arrangements, “Plan of veterinary, sanitary and preventive arrangements”, including questionnaire contained in section 1 of the present Recommendations. Each fish-farming establishment unsafe from the point of infectious disease must elaborate annual plan of arrangements, “Plan of curative, preventive and sanitary arrangements”, including questionnaire contained in sections 1 and 2. The aforesaid plans must be co-ordinated with chief district veterinary and validated by director of fish-farming establishment and, in case of quarantine disease, must be co-ordinated with the heads of administration. A copy of the plan must be forwarded by chief district veterinary to veterinary department of provincial, territorial republican division of the Ministry of Agriculture for general conclusion. Section 1 of the document contains the list of general veterinary, sanitary and preventive arrangements and specifies their periodicity (to be carried out in every fish-farming establishment irrespectively of its epizootic situation). Section 2 of the document contains the list of special arrangements in fish-farming establishment unsafe from the point of infectious disease (to be carried out for all types of fish disease).
