Regional Decree No. 101 validating the forms of the documents for granting subsidies to enterprises of the bakery industry for reimbursement of part of expenditures on selling produced and sold bread and bakery products.

This Regional Decree validates the forms of the following documents: (a) application form for granting subsidies (Annex 1); (b) certificate of calculation for granting subsidies to enterprises of bakery industry for compensation of part of the costs of sales of produced and sold bread and bakery products, with the documents confirming the price of trade of bread and bakery products according to Annex 2; and (c) certificate on availability of production capacities for production of bread and according to Annex 3.
