Abstract
Regional state program of Development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural commodities, raw materials and food is aimed at strengthening food security, increasing self-sufficiency at the regional level of main types of agricultural commodities and foodstuffs through the comprehensive development of the agro-industrial complex.
The Regional state program is a tool for achieving the following objectives: (a) bringing unused agricultural land into circulation; (b) restoration and improvement of soil fertility, increasing agricultural productivity; (c) updating the agricultural machinery park and equipment, technological modernization; (c) stimulating investment activity in the agricultural sector, facilitating the implementation of investment projects in the agricultural sector; (d) development of dairy and meat farming, aquaculture (fishfarming); (e) development of peasant (farm) enterprises and agricultural consumer cooperatives, including within the framework of the federal project Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses ; (f) development of processing of agricultural products, production of foodstuffs and expansion of sales channels, including the development of export potential within the framework of the federal project Export of Agricultural Products ; (g) meeting the needs of the agro-industrial complex for qualified personnel; (h) application, development and widespread implementation of digitalization tools in the agricultural sector; (i) scientific support for the development of the agro-industrial complex; (j) ensuring the epizootic and veterinary and sanitary well-being of the territories of the region; and (k) creating conditions for the development of horticultural and gardening non-profit partnerships.
