Regional Decree No. 30-01-02-672 validating the Regulation on performance of federal hunting supervision on the regional territory.

This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for planned inspection on the territory of the municipal entities of the region for the purpose of control of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources (game) on hunting grounds. State hunting inspectors, according to the attached List of state hunting inspectors, shall conduct field inspections for compliance by legal entities, natural persons and individual entrepreneurs of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources (game), including hunting rules approved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the parameters of hunting, limits for the extraction of hunting resources and hunting quotas, rates of hunting, capacity of hunting grounds, requirements for the use of hunting gear ( firearms, pneumatic and cold bladed weapons, classified as a hunting weapon in accordance with the Federal Law "On weapons", ammunition, traps and other devices and equipment) used for the performance of hunting, as well as biotechnical and other hunting activities aimed at conservation of hunting resources and their habitats.
