Regional Decree No. 306-p validating Nutritional Standards for recipients of social services in stationary and semi-stationary forms in social service organizations.

This Regional Decree validates: (a) nutritional standards for recipients in stationary form in social service organizations (Annex 1); (b) nutritional standards for minors who receive social services in stationary and semi-stationary forms in social service organizations (Annex 2); nutritional standards for recipients in semi-stationary form in social service organizations (Annex 3). When using ready-made and semi-finished products of industrial production with a complex composition in food, the ingredients included in them should be taken into account simultaneously in different groups of the food set in accordance with the quantitative information about the composition of the product presented by the manufacturer on the package (based on technical documents, recipes, calculated or laboratory data).
