Regional Decree No. 379 validating the Regulation on natural protected area of regional significance - natural monument “Lake Bezdon”.

Protected area of regional significance - natural monument “Lake Bezdon” shall have as its purpose conservation of unique surface waterbody. On its territory shall be prohibited any activity damaging conservation of nature monument. On the territory of protected natural area of regional significance - natural monument “Lake Bezdon” shall be authorized, by agreement with the regional Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Land Use Planning, the following activities: (a) use of waterbody for fishing, aquaculture and recreational water use; (b) use of wild fauna in accordance with acting legislation; (c) scientific research, including environmental monitoring; and (d) organization of environmental educational events (conducting educational excursions, organization and arrangement of ecological study trails).
