Regional Decree No. 427-P validating the Procedure for the collection and exchange of information in the field of protecting the regional population and the territory from natural and man-made emergencies.

This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for collection and exchange of information in the field of protecting the regional population and the territory from natural and man-made emergencies. Information on disasters shall be intended information about events that led to harmful impact on human health and (or) death of people, material damage, violation of vital activities of the population or the emergence of a risk to environmental security, information that does not meet the criteria for information on emergency situations established by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, emergency situations and mitigation of the consequences of natural disasters. Collection and exchange of information shall be performed by the authorized regional territorial bodies and municipal authorities in the field of protection of the regional population against natural and man-made emergencies and disasters. Depending on the purpose, the information is classified for operational and planned.
