Regional Decree No. 433 regarding strengthening control over transfer of agricultural animals.

The Head of territorial administration, for the purpose of stabilization of epizootic well-being and conservation of genetic potential of agricultural animals at the territorial level, orders to the territorial veterinary administration to strengthen control over the modalities of issuing veterinary accompanying documents envisaged by the legislation currently in force. Territorial veterinary administration must issue permits for inter-regional and intra-regional transfer of agricultural animals for breeding purposes in accordance with veterinary legislation and arrangements for the rational use of pedigree resources.
