Regional Decree No. 75 validating the Regulation on the procedure for compensation to enterprises of bakery industry part of the cost of selling produced and sold bread and bakery products.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for compensation to enterprises of bakery industry part of the cost of selling produced and sold bread and bakery products of unstable storage (with a shelf life of less than 5 days) and also the procedure for return of subsidies in cases established by this Regulation. Costs of production and sale of bread and bakery products shall be intended the cost of purchase of flour, packaging and delivery of bread and bakery products to trading points. The main administrator of the regional budget funds is the Regional Ministry of Agriculture and Processing Industry. Selection criteria: (a) the applicant performs production of bread and bakery products of unstable storage (with a shelf life of less than 5 days) on the regional territory; and (b) monthly output of bread and bakery products is no less than 1 ton.
