Regional Decree No. 969-pa validating Nutritional Standards for recipients of social services in a stationary form of social service.

This Regional Decree validates nutritional standards for recipients of social services in a stationary form of social service. By decision of the commission, created in the inpatient social service organization consisting of the head of the organization, the head of the of the medical unit, head of the food unit, taking into account medical indications of the recipients of social services in the stationary form it is possible to assign supplementary nutrition and increasing the caloric content, nutritional value, quantity of products and meals by 10-15%, and it is also allowed to set individual volume of food issued. Depending on the time of year (winter, spring, summer, fall) the average daily set of products is allowed to change for the set of products, indicated in the tables.
