Regional Governor’s No. 119 validating the Regulation on the creation of a protective zone of protected natural area of regional significance and the approval of the Regulations on the protective zone of natural park of regional significance located on the territory on the territory of the municipal district "Borisovsky district" of the Belgorod region.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for the creation of protective zone within the boundaries of natural park of regional significance located on the territory of the municipal district “Borisovsky district" of the Belgorod region. The scope of protective zone shall be protection of natural park of regional significance located on the territory of the municipal district “Borisovsky district" of the Belgorod region against unfavourable anthropogenic impact. Constitution of protective zone shall not entail expropriation of land plots. Recreational and other nature management causing negative (harmful) impact of natural complexes and landscapes, wild fauna and wild flora species, including any new construction, felling (except for intermediate felling), modification of landscape, grazing of farm animals, effluent waste water discharge, off-road vehicle traffic and parking off roads and specially equipped places with a hard surface, destruction or damage of special signs informing about the boundaries of the protective zone, prospecting, blasting and drilling works, mining, use of aviation in the localization and elimination of foci of harmful organisms without the consent of authorized body, application of toxic chemicals, fertilizers, plant protection means and waste disposal, shall be prohibited.
