Abstract
This Regional Law establishes that the rules for improvement of municipal territories shall govern the following issues: (a) storage of hay, straw, organic fertilizers on public land and territories adjacent to individual residential development sites; (b) establishment of additional requirements for places (sites) of accumulation of solid municipal waste; (c) walking, grazing and keeping domestic animals, including livestock and poultry; (d) carrying out measures to combat Sosnovsky's hogweed, growing on the land of populated areas of the Republic of Mordovia, including its removal by mechanical (mowing, harvesting dry plants, digging up the root system), chemical (spraying foci of growth with herbicides and (or) arboricides), agrotechnical (tillage, sowing of perennial grasses) and (or) other methods not prohibited by law.
