Abstract
This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of management, development and protection of natural areas with healthcare and health rehabilitation properties, containing mineral water, medicinal muds, beneficial climate, suitable for healthcare and recreation of the population. A territory shall be recognized healthcare and recreational area in accordance with the following conditions: (a) it is formed within municipal unit; (b) contains one or more natural therapeutic resources; and (c) meets ecological, sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations set for healthcare and recreation of the population.
