Abstract
In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 3 of the Federal Law No. 82-FZ on ensuring traditional rights of sparsely distributed indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation to extend the provisions of this federal law to Russian Arctic old-timers of Yakutia (Pokhodchan and Russian Ustyinians) permanently residing in places of traditional residence and traditional economic activities of small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation.
