Abstract
This Regional Law establishes the procedure for the distribution of hunting permits between hunters for hunting on publicly accessible regional hunting grounds. In particular, it regards distribution of hunting permits for brown bears, wild boars, Siberian roe deer, moose is carried out in conformity with: (a) applications for participation in the distribution of permits for hunting resources; and (b) applications for the issuance of hunting permits. The distribution of hunting permits is carried out with the consideration of methodological recommendations for the distribution of hunting permits between natural persons engaged in hunting in publicly accessible hunting areas approved in accordance with federal law by an authorized federal body of executive power. Application for participation in the distribution of hunting permits is submitted by a natural person to the authorized regional executive public authority in the field of protection and use of wild fauna during the period from April 21 to April 30 inclusive. A natural person has the right to submit one application per calendar year for participation in the distribution of hunting permits.
