Abstract
The main objectives of this Regional Law are: (a) protection of the original habitat, traditional way of life, management and crafts of small indigenous peoples in the regional territory; (b) preservation and development of original culture, including languages, of small indigenous peoples in the regional territory; and (c) improving the standard of living of small indigenous peoples in the regional territory and the development of the economy of traditional economic activities and traditional crafts of small indigenous peoples in the regional territory. State support for small indigenous peoples living in the regional territory can be carried out in the form of: (a) financial support; (b) property support; (c) information and legal support; and (d) other measures of state support in accordance with regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the regional legislation.
