Abstract
This Regional Law establishes restrictions on retail sales of liquors except for vending of liquors through public catering facilities. It establishes the list of national holidays with total ban on vending of liquors. Vending of liquors shall also be prohibited in recreational areas, in stationary retail facilities located in tenement houses and in separately located stationary retail facilities located building surrounding grounds (curtilage).
